Yes, they are selling for a scrap, but make a trade where you say you want to buy this for 1 weapon, you will get tons of offers. (Just guessing, no proof).

I bought 1 for a weapon and then another guy offered me 2 of these spells for a weapon, so yep some might sell for a scrap the same way a weapon can be sold for a scrap, but this is a much more fitting price, upvoted

Agree. Just came back from outpost after buying many spells and they are all worth a weapon to a scrap.
