you see people only with these prices because 1. its outpost 2. they sell a spreadsheet suggested price and 3. they think they can rise anything and profit from it. there are many people who sell them at 8 unnpainted but you wont find them in outpost.
^ I agree with Usuper_King. People on outpost generally buy Bills @ 8 Keys and try to make a profit by selling it higher.
unpainted bills sells for 8 keys all day everywhere
If it was worth over 8 keys, it was painted or was a highballer trying to sell it.
I agree with the consensus. Downvote, people tryin' to make profit.
I mean i can sell bill's for 8 keys + ref but can also buy it for just 8 keys.
People also buy keys and sell them for higher. That's how it works. Key price rose.
I just now noticed the spreadsheet has this item at 8.5 keys. I wonder if they will be able to effect the market with their influence.
Perhaps the submitter should have suggested 8-8.5 instead, as the item does sometimes sell for over 8 keys.
your proof is only based on unsold B/O open a trade buying them for 8 keys and proof to us that it can not be bought that way, otherwise downvoting
(on a side note, choosing one of the few items considered currency for your first price suggestion might have not be the best idea ever, just saying)
you can easlly buy a bills at 8 key any time of day. 9-10 keys for a unpainted bills is just high balling [][][] 8 keys = unpainted [][] TS,Pink,Lime painted bills = 9 keys. sometime gold can sell for 9[][][] 10 keys = black, white (white = harder cuz of the sale)
I have been buying bills for 8 keys steadily for the past 2 weeks. Downvoted.
Also, please use margin prices next time, if you are raising it to 8,5 keys at least suggest the 8-8,5 keys margin so it gathers the seller and buyer offers in that margin

Price is fine and your proofs are unsold for the majority downvote
8 keys is a perfect price for it. don't buy from people who sell for 8.5
its definitely still 8 keys. No one buys bills over 8 keys.
You cannot justify that the bills hat rose with 5 trades who wants the bills for 9 keys.
None of the Bills sold for more than 8 keys. Promos almost never change in price
Almost every promo has gone down (due to quickselling for keys), but you think bills should go up?
Why would every other promo go down EXCEPT for bills (which is like the cheapest and most easily attainable promo)? - downvote
I hope you notice the buyers who try to buy at 7 keys.
key price actually grown up.
I had a plain, vot and white bills for sale, 8/9/10 respectively. Took 2 days for them to sell.
That's at 'normal' market value. If you put a trade up paying the correct 'current market value' I promise you you'll have a number of trades within a day.
I'm still buying then at 8 Keys. People just want profit at all cost
Yep , its REALLY easy to sold at 8 keys 0.5 must be a better value this time..
UPVOTE!
true story is really hard to find for 8 now and i sell for 8 keys and 1 ref in a question of minutes upvote
People actively buy bills at 8keys but it's much harder to find people selling for 8keys. It's more than 8keys but not 0.5key more.
Nothing needs to be changed.
I think it's interesting that we change currency like Keys/Buds constantly, but there is always a huge backlash to changing Bills. Why is that? Buying a unpainted Bills at 8 really isn't that common. Yes, you can get it for 8, but that's not as prevalent as some of the people keep posting it is. Most people ask for an extra Ref and they usually get it from what I've seen. If we really want to be accurate on this site, Bills should be an 8-8.3 Key spread. The current 8.5 suggestion seems off to me though, so I gotta DOWNVOTE that.
Seems like someone's trying to make a profit. Bills is a currency, meaning ideally, it never changes value. Granted, keys are slowly on the rise, but a 9.5% jump in value is a bit ridiculous.
If you're going to use highball sellers to increase the price then why don't we put a range of 7-9 keys since there are pages of buyers on OP buying Bills for 7 keys each.
If by hard to find sellers you mean i can find sellers in two seconds then yes, it is hard to find.
Just greedy people asking for more
8.5 keys is fair, and the people that quickbuy them(if it ever happens) will start buying at 8 keys soon
Did you watch only outpost or tp too?
People buy at 7-8 and sell at 8ish. If you're gonna change the price, lower it to more accurately reflect the value.
If this is still up, I'll post proof of my statement in a few minutes.
outpost is full of higher baller if you go on as trades server and ask for a bill for 8 key (unpainted) then you can easly get one, you should try to put up a trade saying youe buying bills for 8 keys, one thing about outpost is if you go looking for a seller youwill pay more if you make the seller come to you most of the time you can get it for your price
People sell for 8 in server, you wont find it that low on outpost though, but thats outpost
Well it looks like the tf2 spreadsheet can't influence the market that much, they have reverted back to 8 keys from 8.5. :)
and you are currently buying bills for 7 KEYS so dont try to riase the price
too many people are trying to sell it more than it should be. downvote.
Actually there needs to be a range, since you can buy for 8, but many sellers at 8.5.
This is not worth 8.5 at all.
Agree, most people selling it for 9 keys but I think 8.5 is a better price
Here is my Proof:

I don't agree with this at all. It's the same as the people who are saying keys should be three refined.
Bill's (unpainted) should always be 8 keys. People will always try to make a profit, hence why people are selling unpainted for 9 and even 10 keys. If you want to make a profit buy some sell something that doesn't have such a strong foundation in the price.
Bill's aren't in high enough demand for this to be valid. Downvote.
i've bought painted ones with 8 keys. downvote.
even tf2spreadsheet price is now 8 keys so...
Downvoted why all suggestions are based in tf outpost ???
Outpost is full of hightballers, in trade servers I never saw people selling unpainted bills for 8 keys + 1 refined or whatever its always 8/9/10.
I see this daily getting sold for 8 keys in trade servers.
Bullshit vote, just trying to raise the price for no reason
down vote people try to high ball it at 9 keys then buy it back for 8 i do not aboslultly agree with this highball at all seriously dude
