I agree with dropping halloween prices, but your "proofs" are a bit randomly. One of them even hits the 3 keys offer (the trade would sell it for 1 key too). Also a 2 keys offer was accepted. I think this will be (1.5-)2 keys for now.

As I postet in one of the above links, 3/4 of all Exorcizors are haunted, only 1/4 crafted. Many people want to sell the haunted --> bad price. It should be higher, but it hardly can't atm.

They are not as common as haunted but demand is much less too. One on outpost now with 1 key buyout and it hasn't sold. The 3 key buyouts are probably taken from this silly new spreadsheet... 1 key is fair for now though.
