It's a good spy misc and isn't holiday-restricted. I don't imagine the price dropping below 2 refined yet. I think it's weird that valve released a few haunted qualities that are wearable all year round.

Downvoted. Rogue's Col Roule is higher in price and it's just so simple. I'd value Exorcizor at 1-1.5 keys. 1.5 ref is TOO LOW.

It would have been nice if you had some proof and some links from people who sold at this price.
