There's less than a page of individual buyers on the outpost, most being horrible lowballs. These seem to be in some sort of demand but as said, pretty much all over 1 ref remain unsold and some that are sold have not shared at what price sold for.

I wouldn't say 0.66-1 ref because a lot of people are willing to buy at a ref, most are sold at that price.
