It doesn't seem like anyone is willing to pay much more for this. Unfortunately, the TF2 Spreadsheet has caused a large number of traders to post trades at 2ref. This is quite ridiculous because even those based on backpack.tf's price are quite hard to sell; nobody wants this one.
