As you can see from the first link, this is very rare with only 16 uncraftable dead cones existing in public backpacks. It would be worth more to collectors, of course.

The second link is the only one in the market - at least known of - and is owned by a collector named gangstabeaner. He happened to have paid around the price of a Strange Festive Scattergun, valued at ~2 buds. He still has no real offers though and happens to be content at keeping it at the price he bought.

The third link is the person who had owned the uncraftable dead cone gangstabeaner now owns. From the trade you can only see two real offers, one a Searing Plasma Hound Dog (~1.7 buds) and a Cauldron Bubbles AA, which I need help to know what it is. He only didn't accept these offers probably because he didn't want any unusuals. After that he obviously sold it to gangstabeaner.

All in all, it appears that the price of this rare oddity is actually as high as 2 buds. But, I didn't want to stray too far from the uncraftable jannisary ketche which was suggested at ~16 keys. Therefore, the price of 1 bud might be temporary. I hope that this explanation has been good enough.
