Just did a quick search on outpost. All the buyers are counting them as craft hats, and all the sellers' hats are unsold. Even the Bicornes for two refined are unsold.

I'll upvote because I think the value of this should be lower than the current price, but I definitely think you or someone else should suggest something even lower in the future.
