Looking at trades that have been done, it appears demand for this misc is fairly low (many unsold ones) but most people don't mind paying 2 ref:

Open trades asking for anything from 2 ref to a key are so common I can't even be bothered copying them, a search on Outpost will do.
Now, for links 4 and 5: Link 4 has one seller (comments), amount of sellers for link 5 unknown but seems to be 0 (lack of comments, zero in inventory), so I wouldn't really consider those any proof.

The problem is that your links are days old some even weeks, its impossible to say when they sold it. True that people might be willing to pay 2 Ref, but what I am seeing is that the large amount unsold at 2 Ref. The problem is that it seems that people who want one, for the most part, have one. As for the buyers, Link 5 is a re-seller he is buying for 1.33 Ref and trying to sell it for more some place else. Link 4 just seems to be a person who forgot to close a trade. I just have them up there to show buyers. I am mainly putting focus on Links 1-3.

None of the links you provided have been sold yet, so with that logic even your suggested range is too high. There does not seem to be much demand for these, but the people that do want one seem to be willing to pay 2 ref, which means the current range is fine. I think three of those links (including mine) are from the past few days - it's hard to find more closed trades for this item, no matter the price they sold at. I overlooked how old a few were, my bad.
I was just pointing out link 4 & 5 have no point. From what we can see, link 5 hasn't been able to buy a single Reserve for that price - no comments on the trade, no Reserves in his inventory, so presumably the price he is offering is considered too low.

I am saying that people are willing to sell below the current price. I see your point, and I said correct me if I am wrong. That is what you are doing and I think it would have been better if I had just suggested 1.66 instead of going all the way to craft hat price, I apologize. We'll see if the admins accept it or not.

There are only 2 pages of people even asking to buy them on outpost and no one is offering above 1.33 metal pure. Some offer slightly more in mixed items, but it is not going for 2 Ref anymore.
