Yep, I agreee
And yes, while many people on the outpost have their price set at 0.66 - 1, they are mostly unsold. Stock is high, demand is fairly low. Regular buyers don't do more than 0.33 and there's about a page and a half of buyers in comparison to a ton of pages of sellers. I have also seen people have B/Os set at 0.33. Most that buy for above 0.33 are snapped up fairly quickly.
Sorry, downvoting this. Price is obviously weak, probably still falling, and there are a lot of sellers (20 pages on TF2OP), but I'm still seeing plenty of recent trades for 0.66 ref
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5485979 (sold .66 ref)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5718001 (sold .66 ref)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5669625 (sold .66 ref)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5371006 (sold .66 ref - 1 week old, though)
Here are some more selling at about 0.66
http://redd.it/12hisj (sold .66 ref)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5739055 (buyer offered 0.55 I think)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5827639 (buyer accepted .66 ref price)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5783610 (buyer offers 0.66 ref - offer rejected by seller)
I've seen NO recent sales above 0.66 ref, BTW. So, I think the price of this is probably heading down into the range you've suggested, but it didn't get there yet - I have to downvote this suggestion.
Fair enough, but do notice the ones that sold (mostly) took a few days (all were over a day except the reddit one) before they did. If you ask me, that's a fairly long time to wait for a weapon not worth much.
