- Link 3: Very old trade. But like I said, these are pretty rare on outpost. Has a top offer of 1 bud + 20 ref (that's about 1 bud + 7 keys)
But peace is a low tier effect.
I think this, http://www.tf2pricecheck.net/Thread-GUIDE-Unusual-Effect-Tiers-v1-6 , is for you. Peace sign is not on the same tier as N&B unless N&B is themed (like on engineer). So it only makes sense for Peace sign to be a bit higher then N&B don't you think?

I also agree. Nuts and Bolts is considered cancer unless themed and the Peace sign is still sought after by a few (I love the effect).
Why would you assume the buyer offered more and not the seller buckled for a few keys less? Also that third link is as old as the last price suggestion.
It does need an increase but I think you got the 1-1.3 buds from the bubbling fuukamigasa which may also need a new price. edit: just suggested a new price for the fuggimajisa, I can buy one right now for a bud, can get another one for bud and 3 keys.
all your links lead back to one person, oh and why put a trade thats as old as the last price for proof? price should be brought up though

@ruthvenmoon, I put up 1-1.3 suggestion because I want the price to be a little bit higher then TF logo. As most of us know peace>tf logo, same goes with N&B and confetti.
I did NOT suggest the price because the current trade has a offer of a bubbling fuka. I actually think the price for it should go down a little bit. The seller declined that offer anyway.
@Big Daddy, like I keep saying, this hat is so fucking rare on outpost that I had to include old trades where the 1-1.3 price suggestion would make sense.
TF2TP doesn't have one of these, nor does TF2Bazaar. I tried looking for it on sourceop but had no luck. So really outpost is the only place I could look for solid proof without sitting on trade servers hoping someone arrives with one.
