None of the sellers you listed have any keys in their pack, and their trades are all incredibly old. I suspect they listed when key prices were different and haven't bothered to close them; bumps don't mean much if you're a donator and don't want to lose your bookmarks...
None of the buyers you listed have any keys in their pack, despite having autobumped trades up for 1-3 days.

The store price is only relevant to ingame trading price if there is a sale as was with White paint. But 2.66ref is availble everywhere, however with halloween effects currently availble people are unboxing like mad, which also means there are less available.
