Awful hat with weather effect. I would have traded this mess for those c/o's . If the proof is there move it. I think its an overpay for that hat IMO.

Hound dog is actually one of the most popular heavy hats along with dragonborn. The effect is only mid but I wouldn't say the hat is awful.
