Since there are people with C/Os of 2 Keys, one even having 2-3 Eerie Keys as a C/O in your proof, although there are people with Buyouts of lower than or equal to people's C/Os, which is very, very odd. Upvoting based on your proof though, assuming you haven't made a bunch of alts to raise value.

well this is a useless/useful strange part. I would say this is more like a collector's item and based your statistics on ~101 still existing, but most of your cited source were week old post which were close to halloween. Staying neutral until people find more recent successful trades with this item after Nov 9th
