Well, I knew this day would come, eventually. I think 2.3 is a little low, personally (I'd go with 2.5 to make the spread even), but yeah, the upper range should not be above 3. Nobody on Outpost is offering on the brigades for sale, which have at least 3 bud buyouts. I personally bought mine for ~2.66 a month ago, but it was definitely a bargain at the time.

I'll also point out (it's just interesting) that the fourth and fifth links are the same guy, who bought the brigade from the third link. Okay, unusual markets are small so maybe it's not that interesting.
