um, It may be a bad hat but the effect isnt cancer and that certainly doesnt justify you to downgrade the price with no proof. downvote
the proof is that there are 29 of them that effect is nice dont get me wrong but there are alot of them it is cancer that hat has this effect the most.....
RARITY BARELY MATTERS FOR UNUSUALS. Get proof. Also the hat is quite popular.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/3586266 - 25 key offer 3 weeks ago
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5929713 - Recent offer of a BMOC if 'a little added'
http://www.tf2pricecheck.net/Thread-PC-Orbiting-Fire-L-inspecteur - Fairly recent pricechecks put it at 1+.
Orbitting fire isn't THAT awful, and the L'Inspecteur is far from the worst spy hat. Alll of that said...
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5994583 - Guy just recently put one up for 17 keys. It was earlier today and I want to call it a quicksell... but until it's gone I can't close this in good faith. While I'm personally convinced current price is fine and I feel most of the evidence supports keeping it where it is, this one thing throws a wrench into it. Going to leave this open a while longer, see how this trade goes.
Cool Indian seems to think that grammar is pointless.
Bought in one day, I can officially call 17 keys a quicksell. The evidence in my previous post stands. Still... I want a second opinion on this. Second admin who comes across this, I leave it in your capable hands.
