I saw a clean one yesterday for 3 keys+1 ref on outpost's frontpage that had been open for hours with no takers, I'm pretty sure you could look a little more, people would add you the second you make a trade offering 3.5 keys, no need for that 3.5 - 4 keys range

bought mine for 3 keys. the current 4 keys is to high. And as stated in previous suggestions by better traders then me, that OP is overflowing with those things. Downvote, sorry =P. Still awsome hat though ^^

I bought one recently, and i had really hard time searching it for less than 4 keys and there were no offers. I bought it for a little bit less, like 3 keys + 2 ref, but even though it was pretty hard. Upvote. I've seen enough proof.

Did a search of my own, 4 keys is the general asking price, people are buying it at 4, finding it lower takes some time. Agreed, upvote.

I've received a few offers on it when I play and they never as low as 3 keys and people seem to be willing to pay as much as 4.
