Most don't sell at that price, and quite a lot are turning down 1 Ref offers. I've even been C/O'd with a .88 and a weapon offer. It sells quite easily at 1 Refined, but I can see this raising to the suggested value quite easily.

I'm pretty biased as I've bought quite a few Escape Plans around August-September with the knowledge they would eventually go up in price, but I have been selling them for almost a month at 1.33 ref, and I must have sold over a dozen by now.

I think the price is OK, but it needs more proof. You can still easily see these going for a ref and 1.33 is also a common price but it's not selling too fast.
