I find people selling for 0.66 all the time. Downvote.
ace of crates, no that is wrong, you may buy them for .66 but I have NEVER seen anyone selling for .66 they go away way too fast, you can buy it for a lot cheaper when you make your own trade but notice YOUR OWN TRADE where you are selling crate #21 for a KEY each: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/4894037 you only want to keep buying them at cheap prices, but what it is SOLD for is 1.66-2 ref. check the last two links as proof, they are 1.66-2+ ref, if you are going to state that you find people SELLING them for .66 then you better back up your comment with evidence. you may be able to buy cheap, however everyone good at trading knows that on outpost you can lowball all you want on trades that you make and people fall for it. However that is completely insufficient proof or evidence to base a price off of. Try changing the price of this crate to .66-1 ref, you will not be able to do it. its worth 1.66-2 ref, So provide links or stop commenting against your own selling price.

The first time I found my own trade from the proof links. Well, what can I say, got the crate, put it for sale and forgot the bump it in outpost at first, but today right after I bumped the trade someone added me and bought it for 1,66. Easiest upvote of the week.
The biggest (and most likely the only) reason, why every once in a while some random people sell these for 0,66ref is the spreadsheet price, which hasn't been updated since the middle ages ended.
That's pretty much it. There's one guy running tf2spreadsheet, he can't keep track of the entire market and lots of items go unchecked.

MonkeyD knows what's up. Aceofcrates, again with downvoting a suggestion for a price increase yet selling the same crate for more than the new suggestion.
These can definitely go for 1.66 and even more. Don't buy cheap from tf2spreadsheet followers and claim that it's an accurate price.
