I see 5-6 UNSOLD at 2 scrap on the first page, this weapon is useless and the current, correct price reflects that.

And who the fuck uses a 2 month old trade as evidence? 2 months ago this would have gotten a reclaimed, now the price has dropped. Buppo's price 2 months ago has nothing to do with the current price.

Buppo's price 2 months ago happens to be the only price he's posted on outpost for his S Shiv and my post regarding that was only to punch a hole in his retort that he's selling for a scrap. Mass uncrating is to blame for the current price? Yeah, no. The crate these came out of was discontinued 2 months ago. Anyone mass-uncrating now is using more recent crates as there's a shitton more of them. The homewrecker sure as hell isn't a scrap, and that crate is still being dropped. It also happens to be a lot less practical for killing than the "useless" shiv. The reason people are trying to sell for 2 scrap is because a scrap is just too low, and the ONLY reason no one is buying for that price is because of the rubbish price on this pricelist. Lowballers shouldn't be able to control the market. This needs to be fixed.

I have sold these at 2 scraps, so it should be in the range; however in my opinion the range should be 0.11-0.22.

Ok then tell me, why do people buy crate 19? Why has the Grenade launcher dropped in price when that crate was discontinued way long ago. People mass uncrate better crates in hope to get better items.

the only people i see selling this for 2 scrap or a rec are the people who buy it for 1 scrap then sit on them for months. even some of the 1 scrap buyers have "Not buying shivs" in there trade.

It is easy to find them at one, so in my view 2 scrap is a highball.

So you're implying that people uncrated shitloads of Shivs in hopes of getting good listed items from the crate? No items from that crate have been profitable to unbox since the crate has come out. None. Mass-uncrating is not to blame.

Alright people, start getting that "1 weapon = 1 scrap" idea out of your head. Unique weapons are never bought by a scrap, thanks to tf2scrap, unless someone just started and thought it was a fair price. Cancer stranges are well priced at a scrap.

Since it's been discontinued, it MIGHT be able to go up to .22, as I see several who sold for 1 scrap and just a few who sold for 1 rec. Downvoting this, but if it was .11-.22, I think that might be fair.

... my heart just stopped. who are we on our own to decide for others? if 1 person wants to sell his or her strange for 1 scrap its their choice! if a person is willing to buy it for 2-3 scraps its their choice too! i mean come on! i really badly want a strange amby so i would be willing to pay a scrap or 2 more if that takes it to get one. i want it cause i want it myself. if you want to sell it for profit, ok, thats cool, good luck, if you dont need it but need some metal, ok, thats cool, sell it for a scrap so you will be one of the first persons who will get a scrap instead of someone who is selling his/hers for more!

i only use this site for guidelines of how badly people want things so i can set my own price if i want to sell it for a reasonable offer. and when i buy something i look here to know i dont overpay too much for it.

Nobody is going to pay a rec for one of these. Also according to this very site weapons are worth half a scrap not 1 scrap, so this is actually worth 2x the price of a unique shiv.

No problem finding cheaper than proposed high range, gonna have to decline this one. Perhaps a 0.11-0.22 would be better.
