I definitely agree, and I think that even a range upwards of 1 refined is warranted. After making offers of one refined on many trade posts, most sellers are holding out for more.

In the meantime I will agree, but after looking all afternoon I finally had to agree to 1.66 ref.

Guys do you think that buying 10 of them would be a good investment?^^

@ steve, buy the non-restricted halloween items. I'm pretty sure the the non restricted Haunted Items hit a low of 1 ref.
