It's ugly and collector only, so even if it has high value due to base $ value and rarity, it doesn't make it a high market price. So I doubt suggesting price on this kind of item has any meaning.

So instead of suggesting a price at all the value it is listed at should be unchanged for time immemorial?

If you check the guy's backpack, I think they settled on 36 keys.

Though there aren't a lot of these, there isn't much demand either. That said, 30 keys is a bit low. I'd say 35 keys is where this should be at.

I'll accept this price since it's much more accurate that the current 46 keys.
