these are all craftable and thus should never go below craft hat price, downvote

They're technically craft hats, as the 2012 Haunted items are craftable (excluding the souls). Can't put them lower than 1.33.

Oic... I didn't really see a value in them :/ some guy offered me this set and said its 3Keys+ I was shocked and went to outpost to checkout.

They're craftable, and need to be at least 1.33. Also, you're justifications is "I don't think they should be", and 2 links. Easy downvote.

THEY ARE CRAFTABLE. WHAT DON'T YOU PEOPLE UNDERSTAND.. ALL HALLOWEEN ITEMS ARE CRAFTABLE SO THEY CAN'T BE SOLD FOR LESS THAN A CRAFT HAT WHICH ON THIS WEBSITE IS 1.33!!!
