The first and third link have painted fosters, so you can't really count those. I'm remaining neutral until I can do some more research on this.

I looked up in OP and no one is currently selling unpainted facades at 1 ref rite now.

I think 1 - 1.33 is a reasonable range

I've been able to sell all of mine for 1 ref and it takes 24 hours each time.
