I appreciate the effort you are putting into all your pc's. But you should refrain from using your personal opinion to skew your PC or your justifications. Fetti, flies and nnb all have collectors that really like those effects. I I'd put them in the same tier, but there isn't one "worst " effect. Nnb on engie is great, nnb with botkiller items is also cool. Flies handyman handle, HWNH, and medic hats is good. Fetti reggae is cool too. Low tier? Yes, but you can't make a blanket statement tatty effect X is the worst. Imo its blizzard, but i don't let that effect my PCs. Just a bit of constructive criticism.
