Well, alot of people say that it's a lame hat. So I'm not sure if 8 buds is a little, if not too much overpriced.

    Stormy Storm Hard Counter is a 5 bud hat due to the theme. While normally an unwanted hat, the effect makes it a popular combination. It makes sense that a new, rare version of storm will go for more.


    Not to mention, this is the one and only trade that's happened on this particular unusual. That's about as conclusive as it gets.

      Keep in mind this hat is only (so far as we know) one of two. When stormy hard counter was rarer it went for much more - I had seen buyouts upwards of 11 buds. I paid something like 7 for mine a little more than half a year ago, and there were significantly more than two of them out there.
