Now the new trade doesn't have that many Current Offers, but his trade is pretty new anyway. I used a bit of guesswork to price this now, below Scorching 'cause that seems to be the rule of Hearts on Medic. If anyone has any more links, or input to this, it'd be appreciated.
Typo? The c/os are around 1.5-2.5 buds where they even exist. There was the outlier burning prancer, but otherwise the range I gave was accurate.

First owner sold it for Stormy Samur-Eye, Stormy Swatter, and 1.33 buds. 3 months ago, that'd have been worth around 7-8ish buds. Second owner had a cash offer around 8 buds, unusual offers roughly 9-10ish (again, pricing from 3 months ago).
The commented offers in the provided links are low, but the recent trade has only been around for 2 days and the other trades appear to have not been around for long judging by the fairly low number of comments on each. Far more importantly is what these previously traded for, which is listed in the comments of one and can be seen through following trades of the other.

Not a top tier medic hat though and a bunch of 3 month old trades? The one current the high offer was just 2.5 buds. Most of the bidding is on the tossle or tyrants.
Being a 1 of 1 hat, you have to consider past trades for pricing it.
