This was from a quick look into Outpost i'm sure i can find more evidence as many trades are similiar to each other

I dont own this or plan to own this. Just was a random observation and i did do my research on this. So no bias towards the item. Need to make that clear before i get rude comments from S. DeadRinger Sellers.

I personally just sold one for 3.33 but that took a while. I did get mostly 1 key~3 Ref offers so your range seems justified.
