Sorry, if I'm unclear and confused about this. Wrap is 1 key, so I don't really get this :P. If you buy the wrap for a key, then you buy it from the seller, aren't you spending more than 1-1.66 refined? Sorry for being clueless about wrap, I don't gift wrap stuff much. It would be greatly appreciated if you could explain to me :)

Yes that is what wrap costs, but the prices for items that are untradable are not meant to factor in the price of wrap. Such as the price of Poker Night at the Inventory TF2 items, Bounty/Treasure Hats, or other untradable items. The price is simply meant to show what people will overpay the price of wrap to buy the item.
