If moon costs ~8 buds then it's a secret to everybody costs more since it's a re-vamp with NEW ANIMATION. Moreover, there are 6 moon coupes and only 4 it's a secret to everybody coupes in the world. Cloudy moon and It's a secret to everbody are basically the same effects, the difference is the new animation, I don't see why it's a secret to everybody would cost less.
