The one on outpost had previously sold for 3.5 buds. Now, that was 2 months ago, but then the previous price suggestion of 1.7-2.1 was 4 months ago so it's clearly been out of date for a while now. Between tf2pricecheck and that sale, I'm going to say there's enough supporting a boost surrounding 3 buds.
