Tons of them With no success and offers from 1-2 scrap

The Price Seems to have moved up to 2 scrap.

As you can see there is Success in buying at 1 scrap and success at selling at 2 scrap [and there are sellers at 1 scrap and 1.5 scrap]

I personally got one for 1 scrap and believe it easy to obtain at 1 scrap
