The only reason the price is being gouged is because of the new "Wave 666" mission. I suggest adding evidence also.

Wave 666 is not available in Mann Up. The more likely reason is that there is currently and infinite krit/uber exploit involving canteens and pretty much everyone is using it to race through tours before it gets patched. Lots of groups are even kicking people if they don't use the exploit.

That being said it's still easy enough to get these for 1.33 that there isn't a need for a price adjustment.

Sorry, not a big fan of MvM but I didn't know about that exploit, let alone no Wave 666 mann up.

Yes all you do is buy a krit/uber, unequip the canteen (without the auto respawn option), use the canteen and buy another of the same type while under the firsts effect. You then retain the effect indefinitely. You can just search for it on youtube there are several tutorials.

How did you not see my comments? and besides it's a range meaning it's possible to sell at 1.33 and 1.44.

I can agree with this, while people have not been commenting on my TF2OP trade, I have been receiving a whole bunch of adds for ToD tickets at 1.55 each or 2 for 3 ref, even when I have no stock

Considering these have been selling at 2 for 1 key easily, and keys are 2.66-2.88, this makes sense right now, during the glitch.
