To elaborate, I received offers of Sunbeams Pyromancers + bills and Burning Snaggle + buds, but when I accepted, both offers were taken back. Other "good" offers I received were other halloween effect unusuals on lower hats. I offered my hat for many 7-8 bud unusuals and were rejected on many. I offered my hat + 1 buds + smoking helmet without a home and was rejected on a scorching tower, as well as a stormy TC. Eventually, I traded my hat+1 bud+smoking helmet without a home+10 ref+4 craft hats for a sunbeams towering pillar, and I believe I got a very lucky deal. I tried selling my hat for maybe 5 days before anybody would accept an offer this good. I honestly believe the hat is not worth as much as I sold it for and I just got lucky because there was no set price. Unfortunately, I have no screenshots/proof except my backpack. Please let me know your thoughts, I would be happy to change the price if you guys believe it to be different.
edit: most of these offers were in trade servers, so unfortunately no proof
Just for more information, another offer that was taken back was:
Stormy Chapeau, Strange Festive Minigun,Flamethrower,and sniper, BMOC, and Dirty Summer Hat.
Most of the people who took their offers back said it was because they were confused about the price and wanted to learn the price better before accepting. A lot of the people sold the stuff they offered me within a day or 2 however, and I feel like they didn't want to take a gamble on a hat who's value may decrease a lot over a short period of time.
Whoops forgot to add: I bought the hat from somebody in a trade server for a sunbeams helmet without a home. Backpack.tf says it's worth 8.5, but I believe it to be worth more from 6-7, which is within my given range. The price of the helmet without a home was most likely outdated and listed back when the helmet without a home just came out. Now, people think it's a very ugly hat.
