Just a question, if the buyouts of comparable hats are 5, how could the maximum limit on your suggested price be 5.5?
it was a mistake, as you can see in the links the buyout for the mining light is 6 buds, and I believe the festivizer to be slightly better

well judging by the offers he received his buyout has been exceeded
Steaming Ol' Snaggletooth + Steaming Gym Rat + Strange Huntsman + Crate # 40 + 28 keys is greater than 5 buds in your book? to me it's:
1.8+.8+~1 (for huntsman+crate)+1= ~4.6 buds
The rest of the offers were less than 5 buds

I'm just suggesting that you change the price from 4-5.5 to 4-5.
The huntsman and the crate is more like 1.3, bringing it to about 5 buds, and the company man is more like 5 also, thats why I put 5.5 on the high end, because it;s probably possible to attain, but it would take some time
