His b/o originally 3 buds but after only getting a 1.7 bud offer he has changed his b/o to 2.5 buds then the b/o was removed

He then finally had an Offer that he accepted which was 2.4 buds

It hasn't sold because the buyer is swapping his currency from refined metal to buds and keys. But nonetheless accepted.

Don't see why there's 2.5-2.6 in the Range as 2.6 was higher then his 2nd b/o
