Offered this for my sunbeams crown, he was about to add two buds as sweets before I mentioned I had no real interest in it.

A huge gap between this and Burning Flames. People claim it should be up there with cloudy moon but current offers just are not reflecting that.

People jokingly claim its God tier, but realistically, it doesn't even hold proper collectors value unless really rare, and with this and normal moon, thats two somewhat similar effects on this hat, equalling about 10 out there.

The guy who offered here, "he was about to add two buds as sweets" I never said this, get your facts straight please.

Sorry, but I think you have me confused for someone else, I don't recognise your name or avatar, though your highly effective post with the proof is noted, also, I can see you got your friends to quickly vote your comment up and vote down on my suggestion, they really shouldn't add me to brag. I don't know any user named Cookie Dolo, simple as that, and often when I receive an unusual offer I will check how it is doing on the market as opposed to going straight to pricecheck sites. If the market seems to be a different mindset to current prices, I will post that information, as you can see, along with a price check I think is fair with any notes that may be of intrest which I again gathered from checking the market.

As for creating drama, I posted my findings, I don't see anything even remotely dramatic in what I had posted either, nor did I get "offended" or "mad".

Someone added me and offered this unusual with two buds on my beams crown, which I had no intrest in due to it being a low hat and the market seeming to see it as such. Again, something I tend to do with most offers I receive.

Also yes, it seems a lot like a friend vote bomb not only because, when you posted, a suggestion that had been getting 1-2 votes an hour suddenly leapt in its vote volume but your comment INSTANTLY got two votes.

Oh, and I got a random add blasting me and talking about bringing my suggestion down. So there's that as well, pretty much accepted the add and removed the person 20 seconds later. Please keep your posts on topic now.

Except you have a history of pulling stuff like this, even on TF2outpost where you and your alt were eventually banned for several counts of being rude and breaking rules it seems, but since you are leaving now, fare well, no more dramatic outbursts and now hopefully this item can go back to being judged, I still stand by my claims presented in the opening and first post.

These just aren't that popular, and you can see by the links they are not fetching offers any where near 8 buds. I believe 4.5 may be do able at a big stretch, but I believe that would be along, long wait.

Also, as I noted, a 5 bud gap between this and flaming seems far too outlandish, especially since with 4 of these kicking around, they are not exactly the rarest.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6258041 - One was traded along with a BMOC for a harvest moon Berliner's. No idea what to pin this at, though tf2pc currently proposes around 7-8 buds, so rounding BMOC to 1 bud, that suggests 6-7 on this one.

For the one still trading on outpost, there's been a recent offer of a Holiday Headcase, which would definitely indicate this suggested price is too low.

Based on the above, I think this is going too low, though current price does seem too high.

Honestly, I think that was influenced by this price as most people are quoting backpack now days. The majority of the market sees this as much lower than PC or the current price, and a few see it as higher because there are always those that will quote bp or PC religiously. Fact wise here is a list.

It's possible, but unfortunately it's also speculation. Two weeks ago a Cloudy Moon Coupe DID get offers of 6-8+ in spite of a backpack.tf price of 2.3-2.9

And though retracted, the Secret Coupe DID get an offer of 8 buds before there was a price on backpack.tf.

All in all, you're not giving enough credit to the moon Coupe. For whatever reason, it does pass around at higher prices. And whether or not the recent Harvest Berliner trade and Holiday Headcase offer were influenced by backpack.tf, they DID happen and cannot be discounted.

Those are all hard facts, and they mean much more than hat tier, number around, and effect comparisons.

Plenty of suggestions get turned down, as well as arguments despite having proof because of rare one off sales and offers, and that big offer was during Halloween and retracted. I myself have had plenty of suggestions turned down because my proof involved a one off offer, which I learned from. I am basing this off the majority of offers this gets, not the odd big ones that are no longer available from when it was thought to be 1 of 1 or 1 of 2

And yes, single offers can be outliers. But we have a retracted 8 bud offer, a headcase offer, and a secret+BMOC trade for a Harvest Berliner's, the last two being very recent. That's where it stops being an outlier and becomes a trend.

New evidence has proven the last suggestion is too high. But a solid offer and a solid trade both prove this suggestion is too low.

Again though, one of these (The strongest one) is no longer valid and the others could be influenced by backpack itself. That and the majority of offers seem to be in the suggested price range (lowest end) and looking at that moon trade, I can't find these two offers where he claimed to have 8 buds and a Flies Snaggle offered, its also his only trade involving the unusual in question, where they offered some where else?

Did some followup on the Harvest Moon Berliner's, since that was the one question mark left.

So we have a sale that consistently places it at least around the 6 bud mark and a very recent offer of 5 pure. Even completely taking the retracted 8 bud offer out of the equation, this suggestion is demonstrably too low based on both a recent sale and offer.

In the end, the sunbeams + 2 buds claim is the foundation of this suggestion. The above argument leaves the matter entirely unclear, and without a record of the matter, it's far too wishy washy to allow. Without the claim, this suggestion involves turning a blind eye to two very recent and solid facts.

Hate to veto trades, but the evidence stands clear. This suggestion is too heavily contradicted to allow through.
