I see most asking for 1.66, probably because of the current price here. There was only the one you posted for 1 Ref, and I found another for 1.33 + 1 weapon http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5513259 and it sold already. I do think this should be lower, given how the craftable one is now worth 1.66~2, but there aren't that many sellers around and the ones out there are mostly wanting the old price. Maybe a range would be a better suggestion.
