First link is your trade without c/o and second has nothing in this range. Additionally, several are unsold with a b/o of 2.8. Not a single c/o was higher than 1 max. (I looked at every stormy hermes on tf2op)
The first trade link was added because of the Cauldron Bucket offer(which he retracted because he now wanted a soldier hat) and the 2nd is to show that even adding 1 bud, it gets higher offers than the estimated 3 buds offers it should get.
To defend my 2-2.5 suggestion:
i could not find a c/o higher than 2 so thats what i put the minimun at
While the 2.5 part was just an assumed price, if i had a b/o of 3 on a hat, and i got offered 2.8, i would take it. Especially if i was just one of many with a 3 buds b/o. Judging by what i see, this hasn't happened yet, so i see no reason to include in the price range.
Dude, i know your suggestion was well made, because the price sincerely wasn't 2.5-3.2 ,and I perfectly know that. However, as you mentioned, a high end on the pricecheck would be 2.8. And since even on the 2 buds c/os it doesn't get sold, i had to put the low end of the pricecheck a bit higher.
i think you misunderstood what i said was that "IF i got offered 2.8", I was trying to say that an offer of 2.8 is unrealistic. I went on to say that if i was in the shoes of the owner of one of these hats with a b/o of 3, i would instantly take 2.8, and i would feel lucky. I would probably take 2.5 also.
