In link 3 the owner had the trade up for a week with the best offer being a bud and sweets. Link 4 has a b/o of 2 buds, also the best offer is a bud and sweets.

Looks good to me. New-ish hat but the hype's gone down and people tend to prefer Scout's older hats instead.

It's hard to say for sure without more info, but they are below 2 buds. I expect they'll bottom out around 1.5 just because of the effect, the hat is crap.
