So as you can see, there are plenty of examples of trades happening between 0.66 and 1.33 for this item.

Legit range. This is what I've seen. Upvoting for solid proof to back it up.

The price is fine but the range may be too big for me I am gonna stay neutral.

I made the range wider because there simply is not a standard price. There are many examples of sales at 0.66 ref, and many examples of sales at 1.33 ref. I believe a range is better than a standard value, and from what I have seen my suggestion should cover at least 75% of description tag trades, the current range does not.

The people who buy at .66 are usually the same people who sell at 1.33, for profit. I believe the fair price for this is the .88~1 listed now, but the price is included in your range, so I'll remain neutral.

I think the fact that people can consistently buy for 0.66 and sell for 1.33 is good support for my suggestion, excluding trades made by for-profit 'traders' does not make sense. If the trader asks more than someone is willing to pay then the item won't sell (see link 5). There are enough description tags around to prevent traders from monopolizing. I hope I can win your vote good sir!

I've been buying .66 and selling at 1.00 and didn't even realise it's out of range on bp.tf. Good suggestion, solid proofs, an upvote for sure.

Range should be 0.66-1 not 0.66-1.33.

Can't make up my mind about this.

0.66 is the lowest price while 1.33 is impossible price, I say 0.66-1 would be fine.

                range too ridiculous, sorry

I'd like to also mention that these were in that previous price range when they were $2.49 in the store, and now they're $0.99. These are also able to be found in the drop system and in some crates, these have needed a price change for the longest time. I'd upvote, but the range is a bit unnecessary. Make it 0.66-1 refined and you're golden.

The thing is they are easy to sell for 1.33. I have already linked to several that sold in the last week for 1.33, but can add more evidence of that price if you need it. Remember we are voting on what the price range IS, not what it SHOULD BE.

Hey guys, if many of these things are sold in the suggested range, than it is fine, no matter what you are thinking about that. Upvote from me.

Proof of selling at 0.66: yes

Proof of selling at 1.33: yes

So what's wrong with this range? Upvote.

people getting a little ridiculous with these ranges...

Well it's a tricky thing. Should there be a range that includes "most" of the trades or should there be just a small one with a "fictive" range on both ends?

And now I'm thinking of a guideline for this site "how to make a good suggestion" or something like that.^^

Better guidelines would be welcomed. I am trying to set price ranges that include 50-75% of trades made no more than 4 weeks ago. I'd imagine if we had all the data at hand sale prices would be normally distributed, then it would be a simple case of taking the interquartile range.

Posted it in the suggestion forum. ;)

Range is way too big. The peak shouldn't be double the minimum. Why buy 1 when you can buy two? Downvoted.

It's not about what you want the range to be, it's about what range people commonly buy and sell in at the moment.

Why buy 1 when you can buy two?

It's not quite like that. If you want to buy fast offer 1.33, want to sell fast list at 0.66. If you want to get the best deal offer 0.66, if you want to sell for a good price and can wait a bit list at 1.33.

It's only a range of .88. When you get into ranges past a refined for items worth less than a key, THEN your range is too big, but this seems acceptable to me.
