13 keys seems to be the price buyers want. 14 keys is the price the sellers want. What I propose is a range that accommodates both and reflects the current market a bit more accurately than the previous price of 14.1 keys.
I went looking for this item about a week ago, and found two for sale at 12 keys, two at 13, a few at 14 and the usual 15-17 crap on Outpost.
In the end I decided not to get the item but it's definitely possible to buy it for 13 keys, and maybe a bit lower if you bid on a few.
Nice suggestion!
I tried selling one once and it took me a week or so to sell it for 14. Even selling for 13 is pretty hard.
