This hat can be bought normally at 13 keys even at 12 keys. There's only one of the Market and he priced it about ~16 keys and got offer 16 keys in promo

So i suggest 12-16 keys as a range.

I should have taken the 30 keys worth of crap I got offered on mine. This is the right range, Bad hat. (best effect ever :))

I like the hat and the effect. Just appears no else does. Planets is one of my favorites nest to steaming and flies. I dislike schorching the most. so ugly but expensive.

I have 11 planets hats, I think its the best effect, Im glad most people dont, keeps my collection cheap.

I think this is terrible hat, but not bad effect. And in my opinion always any owners can sell any hat for 20 keys - 1 buds, if have many free time for this :-D

some hats are not possible for 20 keys lol theres alot that are cheap
