If you'd consider the higher range on the unusual offers, it'd be 6.9 (Stormy Veil + Bud) and 7.5 (Stormy Samur + Cauldron Nappers). The guy who offered the Stormy Samur was willing to switch it with a Vivid Samur-Eye, which is priced at

3.4-4.3 buds, more than the Stormy.
