All the trades are incredibly old. Any offers on them that are relevant to suggestions are equally old.

The current price is exactly what tokens are worth, because that's what it costs to craft them. Scrap.tf means people only pay more for tokens if they're uninformed, and you can periodically get them for a scrap (since 3 tokens = 1 rec and they aren't always popular).
