That's good for bulk buyers, but what if YOU wanted to buy one today?
Well, you could either try to snipe one of the bulk buyer deals or you can snatch up #3 for 12 keys. #4 is a fine gent that bought a bunch for 11 keys and is now selling them to you for a 2 key mark-up. Doesn't look like anyone's jumping on his awesome deal. #5 is asking for 12 keys. So, even though the first few links show a couple of dudes buying all for 10 keys each, I'm not putting that in the range. There are too many people out there willing to pay 11 keys that if you were to put a trade up asking for 11, you'd be pleasantly surprised with the extra 1 key you'd get.

Not going to keep posting offers I see cause apparently there's offers spanning from 10-15 keys out there. People offering 12 keys and up are obviously overlooking those selling for 12 keys. Too bad tf2op didn't have a "low to high" price sorting, like amazon or ebay.
So what do we know? Well, the other two price suggestions are wrong. 9 keys is too low cause, as I have shown in #1 and #2, there are people buying all crate 40's for 10 keys. 15 keys is too much cause, as my other links show, there are users selling for 12-13 keys. However, until those 12 key crates disappear, there's no reason to put 13 in the range.

As a side note, I own one of the crates (intending to use as payment with unusuals) and I get far too many 11 key offers. Don't see too many offering around the 12 key mark, so a range fits perfectly.

I've bought 5 within the last 2 weeks for 10 keys through a combination of outpost and trade servers... this range is more accurate than a solid 12 key though. Upvote unless i see a 10-12
Yeah, there are a few people finding these for 10 keys each, but it's too easy to sell for 10 keys for me to want it in the range. I think even 11 would be a pretty easy sell.
Maybe I'm finding the outliers, but there are 20 pages on outpost of salvaged crates, all posted within the last 46 minutes . Now, some of these are 30s, but still. They aren't hard to find. Either way, 11-12 should be fine for now, and at the very least an improvement. Once this websites shows 11 keys within the range, I'm fairly confident 10keys won't be hard to find and we can change it at that time
Had a guy just today asking if he could buy two of mine for a buds. I turned him down because I am waiting until I can get a bud each, but still. People are obviously paying 12 or more keys for these. And they will obviously be going up. Easy downvote.
ya your going to be waiting along time cuz unlike crate 30 3/5 items in there are pretty unwanted. also there were way more crate 40s droped then crate 30s

Good proof, I'd just like to point out these are pretty easy to sell for 12 keys+ on trade servers rather than Outpost. I just sold one last night for an S. Widowmaker, S. Holiday Punch, Fast Learner, and Black paint. Already sold the S. Holiday Punch for 4 keys + 1 ref and I'm waiting for Steam to finish updating so I can trade my S. Widowmaker for about 8 keys of items. I expect to sell the FL for another 3 keys and the Black paint for 2 keys + 1.33 ref. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6308846
That will be 17 keys + 2.33 ref worth of items. I realize this is not the usual, but I thought I'd just put it out there to consider. (try selling on trade servers- people there don't feel the pressure by the ridiculous amount of quickbuyers on Outpost)
EDIT: The guy who wanted the Widowmaker backed out but I could easily sell it for 6 keys if I wanted to.
Yeah I imagine people can get more on servers and the lucky adds from tf2op, but with all the 12-13 key crates that are unsold, I don't see the range needing to go beyond that yet.
Also grats on the trade, people usually pass up item-offers but those can pay out well, just as you've shown.
