Well it appears you did get an offer for 40-45 keys in one of those links. Which I suppose is in your price range, but I still think 1.7 is going to be hard to get from the general marketplace (like outpost). I'd take that 45 keys if I was you. I agree that 1.5 is probably the normal value for this hat since it is 1:1.
