Just a note to Point at First. Modest Pile of Hats seems to be very popular as an uncraftable. Most buyers and sellers deal with uncraftables or special Levels.

This hat apparently has had a decrease in price. The most common price seems to be 1.66 and i don't believe this has fallen to craft hat level so i dont think 1.33 is fitting to add. They aren't going for more so i wanted to decrease the high end of the range down.

I did see trades for this from 1.77 and they weren't going anywhere. Theres people even trying for a key but that's definitely not going anywhere for them.
