Look at links 1&2 many unusual offers that are about 3. Link 2 has a 3 bud offer that was declined. The previous price was set before you were able to specify the price range. You probably aren't aware b/c you are new to the site, but previously you entered one price and the range was automatic. that's why quite a few hats have a range that is too wide like this one.
