it shouldn't effect the price, but as you know scammers tend to get stuff much cheaper, Just saying

No. Unless the seller was scammed, the scammer would either pay legit price or unusuals that he had scammed with heavy overpay in order to dump them.

I was just pointing out yet another hat sold to a scammer, the same guy who bought that one added me up, i refused because i check Steamrep everytime someone add's me. samething happened with the 1 of 2 secret kabuto.

The one other Wraith Wrap is getting offers higher than this. The biggest issue with the scammer is that more might have been promised but not delivered. Without further information and with the conflicting information provided by the other trade... Sorry, but this seems like an item that needs some more time to figure out.
